Investors Title has implemented the NCLTA lien waiver and
affidavit forms. These forms replace the
old lien waivers used in NC. The forms
are available for download in PDF or Word format. They are copyrighted by NCLTA, so any change
to these forms whatsoever must be noted on the form itself and the copyright
information removed.
